Our Work Speaks Volumes

From cozy residential nooks to sprawling commercial hubs, each project tells a story of thoughtful design meeting real-world needs. We're proud of what we've built - not just structures, but spaces where people actually want to spend time.

Lakeview Eco Residence

Lakeview Eco Residence

This one was a game-changer for us - a four-bedroom family home that generates more energy than it uses. The clients wanted floor-to-ceiling windows without compromising efficiency, so we got creative with triple-glazed units and strategic overhangs.

GreenTech Innovation Hub

GreenTech Innovation Hub

A tech startup wanted an office that didn't feel like... well, an office. We designed modular workspaces with living green walls and natural light flooding every corner. Productivity apparently went up 40% - can't take all the credit but we'll take some!

Commercial

Victorian Heritage Conversion

Victorian Heritage Conversion

Turning a 1880s warehouse into modern lofts while keeping the historical character intact? That's the kind of challenge we live for. Exposed brick, original timber beams, and modern HVAC systems that you'd never know were there.

Heritage Restoration

Location: Distillery District, Toronto | Completed: 2021

Riverside Townhome Complex

Riverside Townhome Complex

Eight townhomes that look unique but share geothermal heating and rainwater collection systems. Each unit's got its own vibe while the whole development works together as one eco-system. Pretty cool if you ask me.

Junction Triangle Revitalization

Junction Triangle Revitalization

Worked with the city to transform an underused industrial area into a mixed-use neighborhood. Green corridors, bike lanes, and public spaces that actually get used. Seeing kids play where there used to be abandoned lots? That hits different.

The Grove Restaurant & Brewery

The Grove Restaurant & Brewery

A farm-to-table spot that wanted their space to reflect their values. We sourced reclaimed wood from old Ontario barns and installed a living roof you can see from the mezzanine. Plus the brewery equipment becomes part of the decor - functional art, basically.

Commercial

Location: Hamilton, ON | Completed: 2023

Forest Edge Retreat

Forest Edge Retreat

Sometimes less really is more. This 900 sq ft cottage sits on stilts to minimize land disturbance and maximize forest views. Off-grid solar and composting systems mean the owners can disappear for weeks without worrying about utilities.

Residential

Location: Muskoka, ON | Completed: 2022

St. Michael's Community Centre

St. Michael's Community Centre

A decommissioned 1920s church that was gonna be demolished - not on our watch. We preserved the stunning stained glass and vaulted ceilings while creating flexible community spaces inside. The acoustics are still incredible for concerts too.

Heritage Restoration

Location: Kingston, ON | Completed: 2021

Bloom Sustainable Goods Store

Bloom Sustainable Goods Store

Retail design that walks the walk - literally everything here can be recycled or composted at end-of-life. Modular shelving from FSC-certified wood, natural linoleum floors, and daylight harvesting that cuts electricity use by 60%.

Commercial

Location: Toronto, ON | Completed: 2023

Harbord Street Duplex

Harbord Street Duplex

Infill housing done right - we replaced a single teardown with two modern units that respect the neighborhood's character. Shared green space in the back, separate entrances, and enough insulation to keep heating bills stupidly low even in Canadian winters.

Residential

Location: Toronto, ON | Completed: 2022

Queen West Pedestrian Corridor

Queen West Pedestrian Corridor

We convinced the city to close two blocks to cars on weekends and it's become this amazing public space. Movable planters, pop-up seating, and permeable paving that handles stormwater. Local businesses saw foot traffic jump 35% - everybody wins.

Urban Planning

Location: Toronto, ON | Completed: 2023

Canary District Mill Lofts

Canary District Mill Lofts

An old textile mill with bones too good to waste. We kept the massive timber trusses and added mezzanine levels for bedrooms, preserving the open feel while creating actual livable spaces. The old loading dock is now a killer terrace.
